Callables

  • CIBC sold a €30m 20y NC10 callable/puttable EMTN 3.6% due Dec 2042. Callable once in Dec 2027, puttable in Jun 2023. Lead is JPM.

     

  • NordLB launched a €20m (max) 15y NC5 callable SNP 4.25% due Jan 2038. Calls in Jan 2028 and Jan 2033. Self-led.

     

  • Goldman Sachs launched a €20m (max) 15y NC10 callable due Dec 2037. Coupon pays 4.25% with single call in Dec 2032. Self-led.

     

  • NRW.Bank sold a €17m 11y NC5 callable 3.014% due Dec 2033. Single call in Dec 2027. Lead is Deka.

     

  • NIB sold a €15m 10y NC2 callable 3.507% due Dec 2032. Single call in Dec 2024. Lead is UniCredit.

     

  • Deutsche Bank sold a €5m 7y NC1 callable SNP 4.50% due Dec 2029. Annual calls from Dec 2023. Self-led.

 

CMS

  • CIC sold a €60m CMS-linked EMTN due Jun 2035 which pays EUR 20y CMS + 113bps floored at 0%. Lead is DB.

     

  • Barclays launched a €25m (max) CMS-linked EMTN due Feb 2029 which pays 4% to 2024 then pays 3 * EUR 2s/30s CMS floored at 1%. Self-led.

 

FRNs

  • Barclays launched a €50m (max) collared FRN due Jan 2028 which pays 12mE capped at 6.25% and floored at 2%. Self-led.

     

  • Barclays launched a €7m (max) collared FRN due Dec 2026 which pays 3mE capped at 4% and floored at 3.5%, plus a 0.1% digital coupon if 3mE >4%. Self-led.

 

Credit-linked

  • RBC sold a €1m credit-linked CMS EMTN due Dec 2027 which pays EUR 20y CMS floored at 4%. Credit-linked to HSBC. Self-led.

     

  • SocGen launched a €20m (max) credit-linked note 4.119% due Jan 2026. Coupon pays 3mE +265bps. Credit-linked to UniCredit and self-led.

     

  • Goldman Sachs launched a €5m (max) credit-linked note 6.2% due Dec 2025. Credit-linked to the iTraxx Main Series 38 Index Tranche 2.4-5.6% and self-led.

     

  • Credit Agricole launched a €330m (max) credit-linked note due Dec 2027 which pays 3mE +1050bps. Credit-linked to a basket of credits and self-led.
