New issues

  • SDG Paris is pricing EUR 20y Green at OATs +51bps through Barclays, HSBC, JPM (B&D) and SocGen.

  • Deutsche Bahn Finance plans EUR short 15y around swaps +105bps through BayernLB, BofA (B&D), Mizuho and NatWest.

  • Belgium is pricing EUR 10y at swaps +10bps through BNP Fortis (B&D), CA, JPM, KBC and Natixis. Latest order book size reported to be above €35bn excluding interest from leads.


  • World Bank plans EUR 10y SDG through BNPP, DB, Natixis and Nomura. 

  • Elia Transmission Belgium plans €500m (max) 10y Green through Belfius, BNPP, ING and NatWest.

  • BPCE is pricing EUR Covered long 4y around swaps +23bps and 10y around swaps +36bps. Leads are CA, CS, Commerzbank, DZ, ING, LBBW, Natixis (B&D) and Santander.

  • CoE Development Bank is pricing €1bn (max) 10y at swaps +8bps through BofA, Citi, CA and DB.

  • Motability Operations, a UK company, is pricing €500m 8.5y around swaps +85bps. It is also pricing £300m 20y around gilts +115bps. Leads are Barclays (B&D), HSBC, Lloyds and NatWest.

  • Thames Water, a UK company, plans to sell EUR Green 4.25y and 8y bonds in the near future through HSBC and SMBC Nikko.

  • Deutsche Bank is pricing €500m 4y around swaps +10bps and €500m 7.5y around swaps +20bps via itself.

  • Agence France Locale plans EUR long 7y through Citi, Commerzbank, JPM and SocGen.

  • NordLB plans EUR long 7y Covered through CA, DZ, Erste, Helaba, ING and NordLB.

  • Westpac is pricing EUR 3y around swaps +75bps and 7y around swaps +105bps through Barclays, BNPP, JPM and Westpac.

  • UniCredit is pricing EUR 6y NC5 around swaps +220bps through BNPP, Mediobanca, NatWest, Santander and UniCredit (B&D).

  • BNP Paribas is pricing EUR 6y NC5 Green SNP around swaps +175bps through itself.

  • CADES is pricing EUR 5y Social at OATs +42bps through BNPP, BofA (B&D), Citi and DB. Latest order book size reported to be above €28bn excluding interest from leads.


  • NatWest Markets is pricing EUR 3y FRN around 3mE +130bps and 5y around swaps +155bps via itself.


  • Export Development Canada plans EUR 5y through BNPP, DB, NatWest and TD. 

  • Pirelli may sell EUR 5y SLB tomorrow through BNPP and BofA.

  • Hyundai Capital Services plans 5y Green through CS (B&D).

  • ALD is pricing EUR 4y around swaps +150bps through SocGen.

  • RLB Steiermark plans to sell €500m (max) 4y Covered through BayernLB, Commerzbank, Erste, LBBW and Raiffeisen.

  • Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw is pricing €500m 4y Covered at swaps +8bps through Erste (B&D), JPM and LBBW.

  • PSA Banque France is pricing €500m (max) 3y Green around swaps +135bps through Santander (B&D), BofA, CA, HSBC, ING, SocGen and UniCredit.

  • RBC is pricing EUR 2y FRN at 3mE +60bps through RBC (B&D) and SocGen.
