New issues

  • IBM is pricing EUR 4y around swaps +65bps, 8y around +105bps, 12y around +120bps and 20y around +155bps. It is also pricing GBP 15y around gilts +135bps. Leads are Barclays, BofA, Citi, GS (B&D), JPM, MIzuho, MUFG and TD.


  • ANZ is pricing EUR 10y NC5 Tier 2 sub Sustainability bond at around swaps +255bps through ANZ, DB, HSBC, SocGen and UBS.

     

  • Abertis Infraestructuras plans to sell €500m 6.5y SLB through CA, JPM, Natixis and UniCredit.

     

  • BayernLB plans €500m (max) 6y Green SNP in the near future. Via BayernLB, Erste, ING, NAtixis and UniCredit. 


  • Romania is tapping Sep 2026 around swaps +195bps and Sep 2029 around swaps +340bps. Leads are Citi, Erste, HSBC, JPM (B&D) and SocGen.


  • SEB is pricing EUR 5y SNP around swaps +100bps through BNPP, Citi, JPM, SEB and UBS.


  • Sparkasse Hannover is pricing €250m 5y Covered at swaps +8bps through BayernLB (B&D), Deka and Erste.


  • Deutsche PBB is pricing €500m (max) 4y Green around swaps +240bps through Commerzbank, Danske, Deka, HSBC and UniCredit.


  • AMCO AM is pricing €500m (max) 4y at around BTPs +160bps through Mediobanca, MS, SocGen (B&D) and UniCredit.
