Callables

  • NRW.Bank sold a €20m 20y NC10 due Mar 2043. Coupon pays 3.622% with single call in Mar 2033. Led by Deka.

     

  • Rentenbank issued a €40m 6y NC3 callable due Mar 2029. Coupon pays 3.5% with single call in Mar 2026. Led by DZ Bank.

     

  • KfW issued a €100m 10y NC1 callable due Mar 2033. Coupon pays 4.14% with single call in Mar 2024. Led by Goldman Sachs.

     

  • Morgan Stanley sold a €10m 15y NC4 due Mar 2038. Coupon pays 4.85% with single call in Mar 2027. Self-led.

     

  • LBP sold a €10m 10y NC3 due Mar 2033. Coupon pays 4.2% with single call in Mar 2026. Self-led.

     

  • Helaba launched a €100m (max) 15y NC5 SNP due Apr 2038. Coupon pays 4.00% with single call in Apr 2028. Self-led.

 

CMS

  • Credit Agricole sold a €25m Green CMS-linked note due Mar 2035. Coupon pays EUR 20y CMS +106bps capped at 5.5% and floored at 3%. Self-led.

     

  • Natixis launched a €25m (max) CMS-linked note due Mar 2035. Linked to EUR 20y CMS but  further details unavailable. Self-led.

 

Repacks

  • SPIRE last week sold a €31.5m repack 4.123% due 1 Nov 2051. Repack unconfirmed and led by BofA.
     

 

Inflation

  • Credit Agricole CIB launched a €1m (max) inflation-linked note due 3 Apr 2025 linked to euro HICPx inflation. Self-led.

     

  • Credit Agricole CIB launched a €4m (max) inflation-linked note due 17 Mar 2025 linked to euro HICPx inflation. Self-led.

     

  • Deutsche Bank launched a EUR inflation-linked note due 21 Mar 2025 linked to euro HICPx inflation. Self-led.

     

  • Italy sold a new €9.9bn BTP Italia 2% due 14 Mar 2028 linked to Italian FOIx inflation plus a bonus coupon. Dealers are Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit.
