New issues

  • Stellantis NV is pricing EUR 8y around swaps +180bps through Barclays, CIC, CA, ING, IMI, Mizuho, Natixis and SocGen (B&D).


  • Wendel SE is pricing €300m (max) 7y around swaps +190bps through CA (B&D), CIC, Mediobanca and SocGen.


  • Daimler Truck BV is pricing €500m 3y around swaps +100bps and €500m 6y around +135bps through BNPP (B&D), BofA, CA and LBBW.


  • Bank of Cyprus plans €220m (max) perp NC5.5 AT1 after investor calls on 12 June through BNPP, BofA, GS and JPM.
